The interesting thing about building a residual income with a network is the personal development that we all must go through as our income grows. Substantial residual income, the kind we are building as a community begins with each of us. Even though we build it as a community it's an individual process.
As we grow we must remember our residual income is based on what we are doing, how well are we communicating and how well we are caring about our team partners. It's not about blaming. It's about lifting up, encouraging and setting the example for others to follow.
The clip below is excellent. It drives home a very common thing that happens with team partners in the network. If things are not going the way you want them to ask yourself the important question "Am I playing the blame game?" If so STOP IT!!!! Forgive yourself. Go back to the basics and keep going. Never give up or make excuses or you will never win at residual income.
And remember to keep intouch with your team partners. It's the glue that holds the network together.
